PAIRINGS: The Industrial Truck Association is responsible for producing the pairings and this will be completed two weeks prior to the tournament. You will receive a list of golfers and pairings in your meeting packet when you check in at the hotel.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT: Tuesday, August 20th, 2019 at 5 PM PST.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel or change your reservation before the registration deadline date, please email Sebastian@NationalGolfEvents.com . Please note that after the registration deadline date, this reservation becomes noncancelable and nonrefundable.

TRANSPORTATION: The Maderas Golf Club is a 35-45minute transfer from the hotel. Transportation has been arranged and the shuttle bus will depart the hotel promptly at 12:00 pm. Boxed Lunches will be provided before loading the bus at Hotel del Coronado.
