He will be the sole, responsible contact for every NGEM Client. He has created a team of golf management professionals who strive to exceed the “highest of client expectations” with each and every event.
National Golf Event Management (NGEM) has been booking and operating corporate golf events as well as golf outings since 1998. Until 2010, NGEM was the Tournament and Corporate Golf Event Management Department for a local golf company doing business mostly in the San Diego County area. In 2010, National Golf Event Management became a Corporation and started doing business not only in the San Diego area but also across the country and internationally, mostly due to the high demand of past clients requesting NGEM’s services in other destinations.
Sebastian Medori was the Director of Golf and Recreation for five years at the Sheraton Grande Torrey Pines in La Jolla until 1998. Today, Sebastian is the President & CEO of National Golf Event Management, Inc. and still very much “hands-on” with all of the events booked by NGEM. Over the years Sebastian has booked and managed more than 2,000 golf events working closely with NGEM’s partner golf courses and clients.
Sebastian has a Bachelor Degree in Travel & Tourism Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management from United States International University (USIU) where he went to college on a full golf scholarship to compete nationally on their NCAA Division I golf team. He has a wealth of hotel and corporate hospitality related experience as well as a specific expertise in corporate golf tournament planning and management. His personal relationships within the Professional Golf Association (PGA), PGA Tour players, golf product manufacturers such as TaylorMade, Callaway Golf and Cobra & Puma Golf and the corporate golf industry over the past 25 years are longstanding and numerous.
Several San Diego hotels including the world-renowned Hotel del Coronado, partnered with NGEM in order to use Sebastian’s experience and expertise to provide their corporate and incentive travel clients and hotel guests with golf management services for corporate golf tournaments and golf outings at San Diego’s best golf courses. NGEM is very proud to be a partner and the exclusive provider of golf event management services for the Hotel del Coronado. Sebastian Medori has been acting as the in-house Director of Golf for the Hotel del Coronado since 1998.
Although NGEM continues to specialize in providing business meeting, convention and incentive program clients with the finest corporate golf management services available in San Diego, NGEM now also travels with several of its clients throughout the country. The Hotel del Coronado, Honeywell International and many other Fortune 500 companies and Associations continue to depend upon Sebastian and the NGEM Team to manage their golf tournaments and outings in San Diego, California and throughout the United States.
