Every aspect of our inter-personal relations with both clients and vendors; and the services we provide is highly personalized. We attentively plan for and accommodate the unexpected and changing requirements and logistics of a successful corporate golf tournament, golf outing or corporate golf event.

The reason we can both offer and succeed in providing such an extremely high level of service is due to the knowledge, experience and personal attention of Sebastian Medori who will function as each Client’s Director of Golf. He will be the sole, responsible contact for every National Golf Event Management Client. He has created a team of golf management professionals who strive to exceed the “highest of client expectations” with each and every event.


Our History and Staff...


From 1995 to 2010, National Golf Event Management was the Tournament and Corporate Golf Event Management Department of San Diego Golf Reservations.

In April 1998 Sebastian Medori, who had been the Director of Golf and Recreation for seven years at the Sheraton Grande Torrey Pines in La Jolla, joined San Diego Golf Reservations as the Director of Sales and Corporate Golf Events and began managing all of the company’s corporate golf tournaments, outings and events at Torrey Pines golf course and 20 other San Diego golf courses.

Sebastian has a Bachelor Degree in Travel & Tourism Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management from United States International University (USIU) where he went to college on a full golf scholarship to compete nationally on their Division I golf team. He has a wealth of general hotel and corporate hospitality related experience as well as a specific expertise in corporate golf tournament planning and management. His personal golf relationships within the Professional Golf Association (PGA), the corporate golf industry and the local golf industry over the past 20 years are longstanding and numerous.

Shortly after arriving, several San Diego hotels including the Hotel Del Coronado, Hilton Torrey Pines and the La Valencia Hotel to name just a few, partnered with San Diego Golf Reservations in order to use the experience and expertise of Sebastian to provide their corporate and incentive travel clients and groups with golf management services for tournaments and corporate golf outings at Torrey Pines and San Diego’s best golf courses.

In 2010, Sebastian and the San Diego Golf Tournament Department became National Golf Event Management Inc. (NGEM). Although NGEM continues to specialize in providing business meeting, convention and incentive program clients with the finest corporate golf management services available in San Diego, NGEM now coordinates and travels with its Clients throughout the country. The Hotel Del Coronado, Honeywell and many other Fortune 500 companies continue to depend upon Sebastian and National Golf Evenet Management Team to manage their corporate golf tournaments and outings in San Diego and throughout the country.

National Golf Event management continues to be the largest and most experienced golf management company based out of San Diego. Their expertise and reputation within San Diego’s golf and hospitality industry and now, Nationally, is longstanding and unequaled.
